Refunds Policy
Navaties doesnot collect any payments on behalf of any other business or user in the website. Our only payment collection shall be related to Subscription Fees as part of our Premium or Ultimate account or Fees that is directed towards any activities performed in the platform.
Since these fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once paid, the user shall have to use the service until the date of renewal or until the activity has ended (completed, cancelled or terminated)
In case any activity has been exclusively mentioned as refundable on cancellation by Navaties, then the said amounts shall be refunded within 5-7 days via the same route using which the payment was made. However some deducations and processing fees may apply on the refunded amounts
